Mr. Khoupmang Lhouvum ,UCO bank ,SWO-A (Emp - 54015) is battling with chronic kidney disease stage 5 where both of his kidneys has been damaged. Coming from a poor family he lost his both parents at childhood and shouldered the responsibility of two young sisters from early days. He couldn't able to complete his graduation and after completing class 12 he joined UCO BANK so that he can support his younger sister's.
Right now he is in urgent need of a kidney transplant but unfortunately there is no suitable immediate family member who can donate a kidney due to non - matching . We have able to find few donors but the cost is very high. He also have to go for dialysis every alternative day which cost Rs 4000.00 and naturally at this early age and with so much of hardship he had no savings to tackle this situation.If he gets a donor and go for operation we are expecting a total cost is Rs 25 lacs. ( Kidney donor- Rs 10 lacs , operation - Rs 8 lacs, After operation expenses - Rs 7 lacs).And we know that our medical insurance covers only Rs 3 lacs yearly.
So I request everyone please contribute and lend your helping hand for our ailing friend financially. Together if we can share even a small part of the unbearable financial burden of the treatment we might able to save not only a person but also his younger sisters.
