Nidhi Kumari is a 7-year-old girl from Bhagalpur, Bihar. Like any other child of her age, she likes playing with dolls and her friends. She's exceptional at Maths and hopes to become a teacher one day. However, from the last 4 months, she isn't able to play with her friends or go to school because she has been diagnosed with a life-threatening brain tumour. Instead of doing things that she likes, such as watching her cartoons and going to school, she is troubled by constant headaches and vomiting.

At this point, it has not spread throughout her body, so tumour-removal surgery followed by chemo-radiation will cure her. Cost of surgery and post-surgery chemo-radiation will require approximately Rs.9 lakhs.

Her father is a helper in a clothing shop and cannot afford this expensive procedure. Lack of timely treatment will inevitably result in loss of consciousness and respiratory arrest.

She is being treated in New Delhi. The hospital and attending surgeons are already subsidizing the treatment as much as possible. This request comes directly from her parents to help save their daughter.
