My name is Sanit Dhar and I am starting this fundraiser for an individual who came to India from our neighboring country Bangladesh for cancer treatment last month.
Mr. Karuna Sindhu Chowdhury, a distant uncle of mine, got admitted to Apollo Hospital in Chennai for cancer treatment. While they were about to head back to Bangladesh, a terrible news draped them as he along with his wife got diagnosed with  COVID19 while they were tested at Agartala airport. He was soon admitted to ILS Hospital as his health started to deteriorate drastically. It's been one week since he got admitted and the bill has billowed up to Rs 5,00,000/-.
They are in a very wretched financial condition as they have exhausted all their savings during his cancer treatment in Chennai. His wife is finding herself helpless and marooned in a country she has never been before. I urge everyone to come forward to help him survive by contributing whatever you can to his cause.
