Mr Kannan aged 40 years old is from a poor socio economic background working as a cook in a travel agency . Because of untreated Hypertension he is in End stage Renal Disease and is on Dialysis for the past 6 months. He is unable to make both ends meet and is finding it difficult to support his family and also take treatment. He is the only earning member and has a small kid. His wife is a house wife and no other source of income for them

He was working in temple kitchen now he can't even move and has to undergo dialysis every week

The cost of the dialysis twice a week for a month along with the supportive medicines is appx Rs 15,000 in a charitable hospital.

He is willing for a renal transplant and the kidney is being donated by his sibling . The appx cost of the transplant with medicines comes to around Rs 10 lacs. He's being treated at Jain Trust Hospital.
