The Coronavirus has deprived people of several basic needs out of which food is the most essential. "Meal to Heal" is an initiative started by the ‘Be Dauntless Foundation’ with a goal to leave no one hungry in this global pandemic. Through this initiative, many families in Southeast Delhi that live under miserable conditions are being benefitted.

We at Dauntless, have identified families who are in dire need of help through a proper survey. Under our campaign, we are providing help by feeding the needy twice a day with a healthy meal and providing basic essentials at their doorstep.

Be Dauntless foundation is founded by Kanhaiya Varshney,18, who is determined to transform lives in the slum areas. The vision of the foundation is to achieve UN sustainable development goals of - No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health and Well Being, and Climate Action. Our Work: 
Till date, we have served more than 10,000 meals and hope to serve more in the extended lockdown period. Through surveys, we have traced down several needy families. One of the families was that of 75-year-old Ramjanki Amma and her husband. This elderly couple was abandoned by their son and was left to live on their own with their feeble bodies and declining healths. Then, adding to their woes, the Coronavirus lockdown deprived them of several basic necessities, of which the most important was food. This made them feel more helpless and dejected. So, by providing them two meals a day and basic essentials for a month, Dauntless Foundation found itself fortunate. There are still so many families that are suffering and need to be helped.

While delivering these essential items we take all precautions to ensure the safety of all. All our kits are properly sanitized and our volunteers are equipped with masks, gloves and follow social distancing and all necessary hygiene protocols.
