I am retired civil servant .After my retirement in May 2015 my family depends heavily on my monthly pension.My family comprises of my wife and two children.All are non earning members.Due to complete RENAL failure I am undergoing dialysis for the past one year.I find itvery difficult to meet even the regular expenses of dialysis.BP fall occurs during the dialysis.Therefore RENAL TRANSPLANTATION is necessary.Preliminary check ups are conducted at PVS LAKESHORE HOSPITAL at Ernakulam.12 to 16 lakh rupees are required to undergo surgery there.I could not afford this much amount.Therefore I seek your goodself for an assistance.I hope that my prayer will be considered favourably.
