My name is Manoj Das and I am here to raise funds for my wife Kalyani Das who is 49 years old. Kalyani Das lives in Kolkata, West Bengal with me. Kalyani Das is housewife.

She had been admitted in AMRI Hospitals, Mukundapur, Kolkata under ICU Care, on ventilation for almost a month(25th April,2021-3rd June,2021). However, due to the amount of bills, we had to shift her to a smaller nursing home. The hospital details are attached below,
