  • Problem  statement in the  operational area of the Project:
  • The Ardhaveedu village of the Ardhaaveedu Mandal,
  • Prakasam district,  Andhrapradesh.
  •             The operational area where KERWCWDS Prosposes to undertake this Food and Clothing Project is very backward area having very Low literacy rate, poverty, Unempolyment are the serious problems of the landless labour belonging to Scheduled Caste Community. In the past in our area we used to have joint-family system in which every body were comfortable and led peaceful and joyful life. But due to non-cooperation of financial conditions, Jealous nature of son-in-laws, Daughter-in-laws, Non-adjusticle attitude of the own family members, Demand for increased salaries in urban towns, selfishness, overconfidence nature, Maladjustments etc, type of psychological imbalances had played major role in bringing a dispute among the joint families and the nuclear families came into existence,     ultimately heads of the  joint families become alone and after reaching 50-60 years of age they couldnot make out any money on their own and thus older persons are totally neglected by the divided families still starving for one time meals in a  day.
  •             Further what Instigated KERWCWDS to take up this initiative. In  Proposed area a Elderly Aged namely Late .Aivaramma  was literally abandoned by her own children. There was no body to take care of her during her advanced stages. When she had breathed last her  demise came into light only when the passer- by residents noticed her decomposing body with foul smell. KERWCWDS got to learnt this touched by her miserable life which she had spent during her last days in Melancholy
  •             However, to sum up the position 16 Eldery  Aged people being given food and clothing and we need your Cooperation and support to carry forward
