Joy Banerjee, a much valued colleague with over 10 years’ service at Colt, sadly passed away on recently.
Joy was a Senior Consultant in the CIO Architecture team and a core member of the Product Modelling team. Over the years, Joy was widely recognised for playing a pivotal role in managing and steering our product modelling work which played a crucial part in all Siebel Spark releases.
He was known to go out of his way to help people, with a pleasant smile and approachable manner. He reflected the Values of Colt, taking ownership and pride in his work, always collaborating with others to foster a positive and winning culture. Joy made many friends across the teams in Colt. He was fun loving and an aficionado of all Indian cuisine. He will be dearly missed by all his colleagues.
Our thoughts are with Joy’s family, friends and loved ones, including his wife Manashi and their five year old son Piku. We will do whatever we can to support them through this difficult time.
