My name is Rajesh Sankaran and I am here to raise funds for my uncle Jothi Prakash V who is 56 years old. Jothi Prakash V lives in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu with his spouse & children. 

Jothi Prakash V is suffering from Kidney failure and breathing problems for the past three years. Multiple times he got suffered of breathing issue, and recently in Feb 2020, he got hospitalized in Coimbatore, KG Hospital. Almost 10 days he was in ICU and underwent treatment. Got discharged and still under-going treatment and is still using Oxygen (O2) for breathing at home. 

Until now, we've spent about more than Rs. 200000, for ICU Charges alone for KG Hospital. Also, for pre and post - medical charges too are too much expensive. We've arranged the amount from savings.
