I am  72 years old and is residing in Bengaluru (Bangalore) Urban, Karnataka. I have been diagnosed with Chronic kidney disease. I have undergone angioplasty and stent has been inserted at Apollo hospital BG Road, Bangalore. I need cardiologists checking periodically which costs apart from dialysis expenses. I am a war veteran served Indian Navy during 1965 and 1971 wars short service without pension. I am old now to take up paying jobs. I need financial help for monthly recurring expenses. Which will cost around Rs.300,000.00.
