We wish to bring to your kind notice that Physically (challenged) Handicap Mr.JM Vasanth Kumar, resident of Agagra, HSR Layout aged around 50 years, A well-known friend has undergone Neurosurgery (brain) at St.Johns Hospital, Bangalore,
He was leading a normal life with Small xerox shop & DTP Centre independently for 20 years, without anybody help, having a wife with two kids.
Now all of a sudden on 17th December he felt unconscious in midnight 1:45 AM & admitted in St.Johns Hospital near Madiwala Checkpost, Koramangala,
After thorough checkup with CT SCAN & MRI SCAN Doctor has come to know he is having a Brain tumour & insisted us to make neurosurgery without further delay, as the doctor suggested we have agreed to make surgery by depositing a nominal amount for surgery since it should not be delayed, now the amount is increased day-by-day,
21st Dec 2020 he has undergone head surgery & now he is in observation in ICU.
Still he has kept more than a week at St.Johns Hospital, the hospital expenses been estimated to be around 4.5+Laks. With the savings what he had ther family paid 1.5 Lakhs and they are struggling to clear the remaining balance, and as still, he is under observations the expenses will increase based on his response to medication.
We kindly request you to help in this regard to bear the medical expenses. Unfortunately, we do not carry any medical insurance or Ayshmaan Bharat facility. It is agreed to be their mistake. But total expenses are coming to 3.5Lac to 4Lac. It is unbearable since he was the only bread earner in our family. Kindly contribute whole heartedly whatever amount possible from your end to the following account. We ensure that the money will be used only for the medical expenses.
