My self Manu Chauhan, & I am here to raise funds for my relative, Jitesh Mehra 23 yrs/O. He was having a stomach ulcer since last 4 years. It got burst in the stomach recently. Got operated on immediately & a small piece was sent for biopsy as well.
The biopsy report confirmed it to be CANCER. Jitesh Mehra is suffering from stomach cancer for the past few days. He is currently getting treated at Jehangir Hospital, Pune, Maharashtra. About 10 lakh rs more is required for his further treatment. For second surgery(a major one) needs to be done.
