Jitendra Singh, has been engaged in welfare of rural poor people for more than 12 year's before he was diagnosed with liver cancer in June 2019.
He is going through the painful process of chemotherapy.
Jitendra Singh belongs to rural village and he was working with NGO's as field coordinator on less than 10K/month in his last assignment, he is father of two school going children, due to medical illness of Jitendra Singh, Kids have stopped going school as there is no money for them to pay school fee. Family of 5 member is dependent on Jitnedra Singh only, The doctor had advised for 6 chemotherapy followed by surgery. Three (3) chemotherapy has completed so far,  Jitendra has sold his agriculture land and utilized money in the treatment so far and now he is facing major crisis of money for routine treatment .
Jitendra's family members (old mother, wife and two children ) are helpless and seeing him dying everyday.
