Jitendra is 50 years old and is residing in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Jitendra has been diagnosed with Brain Cancer.  He is gone under surgery.He need chemotherapy and radiation to fully recover. He is being treated at Jp Hospital. Which will cost around Rs.200,000.
