Story

ProvokeU Foundation introduces you our Volunteer , Jeevithan from Chengalpattu, who has given so much contribution in our relief activities during corona lockdown.

Unfortunately,  Jeevithan is diagnosed with L4/L5 disk dislocation on his spinal cord side.

Jeevithan is survived by his parents, his wife and 2 kids. He is the only earning member in his family. He works for a small scale industry heavy weight dying equipment's, where more manual work is required. Due to work overload, he started suffering from heavy back pain. Initially, he just brought pain killers from pharmacy and somehow managed the pain. As days were going on, his pain became very severe. He consulted a doctor in GH ,where they took x-ray and nothing was detected and doctor prescribed pain killers and even that also dint help Jeevithan. He then went to another doctor and he was asked to take MRI scan. Doctor told a shocking news that Jeevithan is in the advance stage of dislocation due to which he should not do anything for the next 6 months, even he should lift the small kid also.

Being a single working member in his family, it is hard to believe for him that he couldn't work. Then he consulted another doctor and he also said the same. Now he is taking physiotherapy and another massage treatment for this. He lives in Chengalpattu, then he is riding bike everyday till Thenali Treatment(Kind of Puthur/siddha) alternative medical treatment located near Redhills to get the massage done. It's costing so much for him and since he shouldn't do any work, he took a break in his work also. His livelihood becomes so tough for him.

ProvokeU Foundation is doing a fund raising for our volunteer Jeevithan and request you all to contribute for his treatment charges. We pray for Jeevithan to come back with full energy
