My name is Rajneesh Rai (father of the Patient) and I am here to raise funds for my daughter Jeenal Rai who is 2 years old. Jeenal Rai lives in Faridabad, Haryana with us. She has been suffering from anorectal malformation [imperforate anus] from birth.
