I am Aditya Kumar from Haridwar. Few days ago my mother was diagnosed with acute Liver Cirrhosis at the last stage that she needs liver transplantation.

Me and my father have spent all over savings on her treatment during past few days and we are totally out of funds right now and I need to arrange minimum 50Lakhs for her transplant as soon as possible.
