A 2 year old baby Prasanti Puttamsetti daughter of Jagadeswara Rao Puttamsetti from Srikakulam of Andhra Pradesh has blood disease of Thalassemia Major. Thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder that reduces the production of functional hemoglobin (the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen). This causes a shortage of red blood cells and low levels of oxygen in the bloodstream, leading to a variety of health problems. The only cure currently available for thalassemia is a bone marrow transplant which they have found the donor & the treatment is costing about rupees 19 lakhs 86 thousand. Please help the family raise the money to save their daughter
