Hello,
I am Sonal Sharma, and I along with Ishika Gogia rescued a dog who was not cared for in his home.
The dog is a Dogo Argentino and pitbull mix boy of 1.5 years of age.
Apparently, a two people claimed that the dog was beaten but we have no proof. However, when I talked to Jacky's parent, he was eager to give him away though showing concern regarding being able to visit him ever after surrendering him.
Since, we have no proof that the boy was beaten, I will not make any allegations but what I know is that the boy needed better care, bigger space, and more attention which the pet parent claimed that he was unable to offer Jacky.
I and Ishika have rescued him on 23 March 2022 and moved him to a paid foster where he will learn to be social, and live with a kind family who will help him grow and enjoy life with proper attention and care.
This foster home is costing us 6000 per month and we are planning to get him adopted once he becomes friendlier and settles down with his new housemates.
His neutering is also pending so we will need 4000/- for his surgery. This cost will include 5 days paid medical boarding.
Currently, we are raising 24000 (6000x4 months) and 4000 (for surgery) and 2000 (for miscellaneous expenses).
