I am ishrath nasreen Ibrahim 59 years old I have pyrothorax I would require to do this surgery immediately due to esophageal perforation.

My husband is 60 years unemployed I hail from very middle class Background I don’t have enough funds to perform surgery neither any one to support with any funds.
