Hi, I am Pankaj Sharma son of Mrs. Indrawati Sharma aged 25. I have a small business of hardware in Guwahati, Assam.

My mom was diagnosed with 3 blockages in the heart and CKD stage 3. She went through open-heart surgery. Now she is diagnosed with CKD 5 and needs dialysis twice a week.

I am going through a lot of financial crisis and it's getting very difficult to continue with her treatment.
