One of my friend Ignatius is currently paralyzed due to a stroke of high BP 2 years back. He has two little kids aged about 4 and 5 years. Presently his mother aged 78 years is taking care of him. When he got the stroke he was operated in the brain during which they had taken out a part of the bone and put it in his stomach for a period of time. He later underwent a second surgery where the bone has to be taken out from the stomach and placed back in the brain. These two surgeries already have cost him around 4 Lakhs. There is no money left for post-operation treatments. His family has no source of income, he being the only breadwinner among them. He is out of danger, however, he needs to undergo physiotherapy sessions in order to gain momentum and adequate strength for him to stand up. If we all contribute, the day will be near when Ignatius would be able to stand up on his feet on his own. 

As there is nobody to take care of him apart from his ailing mother, I'm raising this fundraiser on his behalf. If everybody donates a little, I'm sure that we will be able to help him bring back to normalcy.
