My name is Himanshu and I am here to raise funds for my mother Nirmala Devi. Nirmala Devi lives in New Delhi with her two children and spouse. Nirmala Devi is housewife and just 46 years old.
Nirmala Devi is suffering from Stage 4 Lung Cancer which was diagnosed in February 2020. She was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Karol Bagh, New Delhi for 1 month and have received Radiotherapy from BLK Hospital, New Delhi.
She was advised to take Afatinib 40 mg by Dr. Shyam Agarwal (Sir Ganga Ram Hospital) which was costing Rs 48,000 per month. Since, the hospital was too expensive which we could not afford, so her case was transferred to AIIMS, New Delhi.
She was responding well to treatment, but from few weeks her condition is becoming critical as the lung cancer has spread to her brain and bone. The recent PET-CT scan shows her condition is becoming more worse, even worse than her February condition, please pray for her speedy recovery.
Dr. Prabhat (AIIMS, New Delhi) has advised us to start giving her Osimertinib 80 mg immediately (has to be taken lifetime) which is more than Rs 4,50,000 per month. This medicine can be purchased at Rs 1,63,000 per month under company’s Patient Assistance Program, but even then we cannot afford this medicine.
Right now, we need Rs 1,63,000 to purchase the medicine for this month and further more Rs 20,00,000 to continue the medicine for 1 year atleast. You can also check the price online at

Your help can give 1-2 precious years to my mother. She has been working for us for all her life but when her time came to do rest, she was diagnosed with this disease.
