The 6 year-old Hemcharan is a cute little child of Kodhandaraman (an arc welder) and Kalaiarasi (house wife). Hemcharan was very active and suddenly he started running high temperature in Nov 2019. This fever was continuing and his parents couldn't leave this as is. After taking blood as per the doctor's advise, they were only shocked to find the abnormal growth of WBCs. Following this, bone marrow test was taken and the results shattered the family with Acute myeloid leukemia. 5 cycles of chemotherapy was then prescribed. Now Hemcharan has to undergo the bone marrow transplantation to increase the survival rate 30% to 60%. The family agreed immediately for the surgery eventhough they're not well-to afford for it. Unfortunately the family members DNA did not match with Hemcharan. With the help of Dr.Aruna, found donors with 9/10 and 10/10 matches.
