That earlier sometime in year 2012 -2013 there was a frequent flow of water in this area and a pipeline is also being laid in the underground area but thereafter due to some local political reasons the water supply was prevented and the sewerage system is badly dirty there are lots of diseases which are effecting the locl resident and the children and despite of the several request made to the officials of the JAL BOARD officials and Local MLA no solution has been brought to render the relief to the local residents and their families.the innocent lives of children thereon is suffering with a lots of hardship and risks it is not understandable that how a public body may act like rebellion to the residents of their own constituency and get them deserted from the basic amenities for livelihood. That the Helping Human in this concern wrote a letter to the National commission for Child Rights (NCPCR) on 16.07.2019.
In the response to that letter National Commission for the protection for the Child Rights (NCPCR) wrote a letter to The Secretary (DWS) Department of Drinking Water and sanitation, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of INDIA and take the necessary action in this regard and also requested to take the necessary action in this regard and intimate to the complainant Vide file no. DL-111431/2019-20/Comp/Health/ dated 24.07.2019.
The Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation dated 20.08.2019 transferred the same to the to the Director (WS), Ministry of Housing and Urban affairs and Director (Revenue) Delhi Jal Board (Headquarter) but no response or action has been taken so far in the matter and the resident thereon are forced to live in the pathetic conditions. Helping Human through Advocate B.K. Agrawal, on 13.09.2019 sends a legal notice to Delhi Jal board upon the issue.
