Story

We from the Healthy Aging India (a NGO) and IGLC foundation, would like to serve 400 Afghan citizen, stranded due to the crisis in their home town, by providing two times Healthy meal, which comprises of Rice, dal, sabzi, khichdi, roti, rajma-chawal as menu free of cost.
We may have to serve them for the next 3 months or, as long as the situation is getting controlled.
In this connection, we would request you to join hands for this human crisis by donating generously for this cause.

"HERE IS AN APPEAL FROM OUR FOUNDER PRESIDENT"

Dear friends,

What is the meaning of independence? Ask these Afghan Nationals- men, women, children and elderly alike. They had come here for health care. Some of them had come here for higher education. But now they have nothing left with them. Some of them have been able to complete their health care here. But now they are stuck here. They do not even have money for food. There was a school for their children but that has since shut down. They want to return to their country, but they are not sure if anything is left there or not. Healthy Aging India with its kitchen partner Ba ki Rasoi and IGLC Foundation came forward on request of the embassy to support these people who are in a humanitarian crisis. We are providing them healthy-nutritious food twice a day. We want to vaccinate them. We need to take care of their accommodation. Their children need to go to school. We will facilitate that. We the Indians who believe in serving humanity beyond the border should come together and join hands to support these people.

Thank you.
Dr Prasun Chatterjee
Founder President, Healthy Aging India
