My name is Nagaraju and I am here to fundraise for my 6 year old son Harshavardhan. He is diagnosed with a disease called Decompensated Chronic Liver Disease and the only treatment for him is a Liver Transplant Surgery. He is admitted in Care Hospital for the same and the estimated package for the treatment is Rs. 25 lacs.

I come from a middle class background and I am in no position to arrange such a huge amount in such short notice. I urge all my friends and family to come forward and support my child.
