My name is Harpreet Kaur, and I’m here to get help in raising funds for my father in law’s treatment. He is, as of today, admitted into the ICU, at Park Hospital, Gurgaon, as he has developed a serious case of gangrene in his feet. A diabetic since the last 10 years, he is 55 years old, and has suffered a paralytic attack already which has caused serious implications on his brain function. He is currently being cared for by the neurologists at the same hospital. He is undergoing treatments for all his ailments, while being chained to the ICU bed in order to prevent self-harm.

It is one of the most painful sights to see either of your parents in such a condition. I wish and I hope no one ever has to go through this in their life.
What is worse, is the fact that my family is not able to financially support all his treatments.
We are a family of 5, where my husband is the sole earning member. My mother in law has been in and out of hospitals, just like my father, since the last 2 years.
We had been a small but happy family until a few years ago, when our reality suddenly took an unexpected turn. It has been extremely difficult for us to keep up with all the expenses of their medical care and our family since then.

We are doing everything we can to help our father through this very difficult situation.
As of now, we have collected 1,80,000 from our savings and insurance, towards covering all the medical expenses. Doctors have projected an amount of 3,00,000 or more for all further treatments, in the next 3 weeks.

Our pain, our inability to support our family, has brought us here, hoping for some help from our community. Any contribution will be of immense help. I humbly request everybody to please share this campaign’s link with all friends and family.
