Mr.Harish.K.D,52 years old male,presented to the hospital in the evening after the wake up stroke earlier that morning.He had noticed right sided weakness with inability to speak and swallow.His urgent MRI imaging revealed acute left hemipontine stroke.There was no evidence of LVO.He was managed conservatively and monitored for any evolution.
