Medruvi V is my Brother's Daughter she is suffering from Cerebral Palsy from Birth. She attended puberty recently and now it has become very difficult for her and family members to manage during regular menstruation cycles.

So decided to proceed with Operation. But operation cost is very much higher so family is unable to manage. Kindly do the needful for operation.
