My name is Hammad Ahmed Momin and I am here to fundraise for myself

I'am 36 years old and is residing in Mumbai City, Maharashtra.I has been diagnosed with Uric Acid because which i got major pain in my  big toe joint. Doctor suggested me  for Gout shoes  which will coast 10000 .I'am unable to afford because i'am jobless  due to this pain . Please help me to get rid from this pain and i can start working to feed my family. I  has been treated at Baba Hospital. Cost  of the shoes is around Rs.10,000.00.
