Help Sabarivasan (s/o Sudarmani) he is a 2 year old kid. He is suffering from cerebral palsy where he cannot walk ,talk ,eat, Run nothing can be done and he is also suffering from fix which must be diagnosed  quickly and he is in need of medical assistance ,as he is from poor family his parents cannot afford his medical needs the average income of Sabarivasan's dad is low that they can only make for daily needs, and sabarivasan dad is a daily wage labor
