Govardhan Somepalli resides in Karumachi village, Savalyapuram Mandal, Vinukonda Constituency. Due to protesting electricity power cuts, some goons barged into houses at midnight and went into a horrible fight which damaged his both eyes and lost vision completely in his left eye. He is an ordinary farmer and is left with his wife and two small children. Losing an eye will be a big impact on their life and the future of his family.
