I am Gopigunasingh from tamilnadu ..I am suffering from skin ailments for last six months..My family's financial level very low ..So I would like to ask help to you ...Please help to my skin ailments...I have attached my medical prescription ..The medical prescription list is just one week ..The medical prescription bill amount is Rs1200 /week ....The doctor told me to take treatment upto 6 or 7 months ....But I have no money for take treatment ....so please help me ....
