Goodwill India was started under the More Welfare Trust which was established in 2012. It is a successful social venture built with an aim to lessen the growing gap between the rich and poor. Kalidas More created these foundations in order to assist people who are unprivileged with their day-to-day basic needs of life. He created his foundation with a desire to provide basic necessities like food, clothing to the orphanages, rural, calamity affected, and famine-stricken areas. Our success stories are creating a history towards a new society with the basic right to every i.e., food and clothing to the unprivileged people. Our goal is to function as an effective mechanism to assist those who lack the resources and technology. Goodwill India has conducted the collection and distribution of clothes in various regions of the Pune district. Since 2012, Goodwill has distributed more than 2,500,000 clothes through 16 outlets at a very small price Reusable clothes from people who wish to donate their clothes to people in need collected, sorted, washed, altered, and ironed. Once processed, the clothing is packaged “like new” and distributed to those in need at minimal to no cost. Item are distributed for free in tribal areas, orphanages, assisted care centers, and to people with special needs. a collection box for which we are creating a crowdfunding campaign.
