My name is Niraj Hazarika and I am raising funds for my relative, Rupa Rajkhowa who is suffering from Hyperthyroidism/ Overactive thyroid as well as Hemorrhoids (piles) due to which she is unable to bear pain in her both legs and could not even stand on her feet.
