THIS IS AN URGENT APPEAL FOR EDUCATIONAL FUNDS FOR GILBERT SOYUS
Glibert is a 24-year-old Goan who is 3 months into his Aerospace vehicle design Masters course (1 year) at Cranfield University in the United Kingdom. However, he is now facing unforeseen severe financial issues which are threatening to end his hopes of completing his degree and becoming an aerospace engineer.
Family issues have meant he now has to pay the INR 18,42,000 fee for the upcoming year himself, money he does not have.
He must produce this money for the university within two days (4th January 2022) to avoid the risk of expulsion. This is an urgent appeal for funds to allow Gilbert to complete his degree and pursue his passion.
Gilbert has a passion for nature conservation, and over the last year and a half has been a vital member of the Amche Mollem campaign, where he has worked tirelessly to protect some of the most biodiverse forests in the world.
He also possesses an intellectual curiosity towards math and science and an enduring childhood fascination with aeroplanes and aeronautics
