Life Circle Health Services works on providing geriatric caregiving services. Geriatric caregivers are young women from low-income households. They migrate from rural Odisha, Bihar, Maharashtra, UP, Himachal Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Assam to come and work with us in different cities. 

Since the COVID outbreak, many of the care users have suspended the services owing to worry of infection. So, these caregivers are stranded in hostels or are without work in their homes. While we take care of their accommodation, food and healthcare requirements, we seek support to pay them at least 30% of the wages they would earn. This is to ensure that some of them who support their families through this income at least have some income at their disposal. We would transfer cash into their bank accounts and have receipts if needed for verification by the donor.
