My name is Sibasish Polai and I am here to raise funds for my uncle who is suffering from cholesterol crystal embolization, coronary artery disease & recently he got covid-19 +ve. He has been shifted to ICU today morning due to his poor health condition at Seven Hills Hospital  Vizag. A lump sum of around 13 lacs INR is needed for his treatment.
