FMCH works in maternal health and nutrition, through its holistic interventions in low-income communities in Mumbai.
In the communities that we work in Kurla, many of our beneficiaries are fasting for Ramzan. A time of celebration. However, due to the lock-down, many of them have lost livelihood and might not be able to afford one meal on Eid.
We are running a fundraiser to ensure that 1100 families in Kurla get ration to celebrate Eid as it should be - with gratitude, generosity, and good food. Each kit costs about Rs. 350/- includes everything needed to make one meal for a family on Eid and will be procured from a local vendor.
We need your support in making this happen. With just a couple days to go, we need to raise about 4L. Please donate and share - together we can help families celebrate this Eid this year.
