Elvin is a twenty two year hard working boy from Goa. I had the privilage of crossing paths with him when I got married there. His father had to go through by-pass surgery and he's spent all his families life savings to get him thru his surgery. In this process, they've lost their house and are surviving on the boy's monthly income of Rs 12,000 /- a month. He's the only earning memeber of the fmaily and is working two jobs to cope. Banks will not loan him money because he has no secuirty to give. Please help him out so he can stabilize his life.
