Picking, Balloon Sellers, Construction Workers, Beggers etc. It has been observed that since most of the children were getting a meal in the school under the mid-day meal scheme but as schools were shut down for almost a year there was a dire need to support them. Malnutrition in childhood can have severe consequences that affect a child for the rest of their life. The team has observed there are children who were waiting for the food on daily basis. The team have supported them for almost a year and will be continuing the support in the coming year. Our plan is to start a community kitchen in different areas to
support children in the longer run.
Each feed one is a development organization which have been working for the vulnerable groups in Delhi. In this lockdown, the team supported the community through dry ration, cooked meals and sanitary kits to the community which made their life easy in this lockdown.
