The Healthcare workforce at all levels (Doctors, Nurses, Allied health and Paramedics) need upskilling in these areas
1. Disaster management and Pandemic management: Post COVID-19 there is an imminent need to train the Healthcare work force on Healthcare disaster and pandemic management. We can design a program on this and have 10000 Doctors, Nurses and Allied health workforce trained in this program in next 12 months.
2. Emergency and Critical care skills: Emergency and Critical care skills such as Triaging, Advance life support, Ventilatory management etc should be mandated across all Health professionals every year as part of their continuous learning strategy. We can take up this up-skilling project in above and can commit to train 10000 workforce in next 24 months.
