ABOUT US
Dombivli Tamil Makkal Sangam was established on 14th July 2001 to unite the people irrespective of Caste & Creed who are living in Kalyan, Thakurli, Dombivli and Diva. It is a registered sangam with the Government of Maharashtra. Our Charitable Trust (leading registered Tamil Organization in Dombivli & Thakurli of Thane Dist) carries on charitable activities in the field of education, medical relief, helping to ecnomically weaker section etc. As part of its objects, it is engaged in preserving and promoting studies in Languages and Cultural Activities. Every year, the Trust conducts various self-improvement functions involving the younger generation, as well as conducts various free health check-ups like EYE Camps, Blood donation etc. Every year the Trust honours the TOPPERS in Xth & XIIth standard students with Cash prizes and Medal. The Trust has been conducting since last 13 years FREE Language CLASSES for the public.

Currently we have taken up a project to help to a poor students of a school with total strength of 175 students (Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan Primary School) situated in MOHONE village in Kalyan Taluka, Thane District. The Trust provides assistance to poor children from economically backward families irrespective of cast and creed for their Education like school fees, uniform, notebooks, bags etc.
