My name is Pratiksha Munnoli and I am here to raise funds for my daughter Diya Mahadev Munnoli, who is 8 years old. Diya Mahadev Munnoli lives with family,  in Belagavi, Karnataka.

Diya Mahadev Munnoli is suffering from Subacute Sclerosing Panencephalitis (SSPE) from the past few months. She is going for Medication  at Private Hospital Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Currently She is admitted and need Further Treatment.

Until now, we have spent about Rs.2,00,000/-. we have arranged amount from loans. In next few days we need Rs.6,00,000/- more for Further Treatment. Please come forward to support my cause.

I am a housewife and my Husband Mahadev Munnoli is a Private Employee It is impossible for us to finance our daughter Treatment in these circumstances. Therefore I am looking to raise a Fund.
