Dinesh is just 26 years old. He was normal / atleast looked normal till yesterday but suddenly fell sick, in the tests it was found that his both kidneys aren't functioning and he's under dialysis from yesterday.

His family is ready to donate the kidney but they can't afford the operation / Better treatment.
