DigiSwasthya Foundation is a health tech non-profit organization. It is a section 8 organisation registered under the Companies Act of 2013. We bridge the gap between the healthcare needs of rural India and urban healthcare services.
DigiSwasthya is making healthcare accessible and affordable across rural India by leveraging technology. We have a phygital hybrid model where we help the rural community avail healthcare services via teleconsultations with doctors from tier 1 hospitals.

Our panel of healthcare professionals includes doctors across all specialisations & languages. The patient navigator at our centre measures the vitals using digital devices, shares them with the doctors, facilitates a consultation through a telemedicine platform, generates an electronic medical record, generates a prescription, translates the instructions, etc.

We provide referral pathways for our patients, provide them with pro-bono or subsidised healthcare services including tie-ups with pharmacies and diagnostic labs. DigiSwasthya has been organising weekly webinars to increase awareness about healthcare and we have on ground awareness camps to educate the masses about telemedicine. Our team goes from village to village with educational material and teaches them about how they can avail themselves of affordable and accessible services through DigiSwasthya’s Telemedicine Centers.

Currently, our telemedicine centres at Sant-Kabir-Nagar (Uttar Pradesh), Muzzafarpur-Rural (Bihar) and Ahmedabad (Gujarat) provide healthcare provisions in areas where health facilities are scarce and difficult to avail. We are associated with 80+ medical professionals with leading hospitals such as Tata Memorial, Hinduja, Apollo, and JJ Hospital.

The aim of DigiSwasthya Foundation is to provide quality healthcare to 100+ districts in rural India, over the next five years. After our initial success of having 1300+ consultations in these three areas (including 75+ cancer patients), we are opening up our fourth centre at Basti in Uttar Pradesh. Our aim is to connect the poor people in the rural areas of Basti district to the super-specialist doctors across India.

Many of these teleconsultations have been financed by our valuable donors. Our groundwork suggests that our fourth centre will attract 1000+ teleconsultations within 3-months. We need your help in ensuring that we can provide more free teleconsultations in all our centres including our upcoming centre.

You can help us cover the cost of 100 patients consultations by contributing INR 15,000.
Alternatively, a contribution of any amount will help us move our mission forward and help treat more poor patients who otherwise do not have access and also cannot afford specialist and super-specialist doctors

If you are looking for tax-saving 80G certificates, you can contribute directly on our website: https://digiswasthya.org/
