Help me to get my B.tech/Graduation Degree

Dear All I don't know if I am going to get here something but this is my last hope. I have completed my B.tech in mechanical engineering from lovely professional university Punjab. but my last semester fee is pending because of the financial problem raised in my family. there is no one in my family who is working they have put all the money to get my engineering degree. But at last semester my brother got an accident and fractured his bones.wherever i go to get job they ask me for certificate. i have cracked many interview but at the time of document verification i rejected.
Plz help me guys.
