Mr. Devesh Behari Lal is due for open heart surgery that requires upto 5 lakhs. The cardiologist Dr. Abhishek Bharghav's letter is attached herewith for your reference & records. He was in ICU from 11th April, 2019- 17th April, 2019 as he had suffered massive attack and therefore whatever money we had secured/borrowed was spent to pay his hospital bill. Since we cannot afford the surgery cost & doctor has given us only 10 days we have limited time on hand. It is my humble request to everyone to come forward to contribute so that we can meet the required expenses.
